Job summary

Chainguard, a trusted open source security company, seeks a Solutions Architect to lead implementations for commercial customers and empower them to build secure software with Chainguard. You will be the primary technical contact, guiding adoption and ensuring high-quality Chainguard images across organizations.

This remote-friendly role requires hands-on Kubernetes and container experience, strong communication, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience developing high-performance, multi-tier applications with Kubernetes and containers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images.
• Partner with the account team to understand goals, pain points, and solutions—driving account strategies, value realization, and retention.
• Act as customer zero—testing, documenting, and ensuring a smooth onboarding of Chainguard images.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer requirements and prioritize solutions.
• Maintain account-level architecture documentation and share best practices across the org.
• Be a true team player—collaborate, teach, and learn with the Chainguard team.
