Job summary

Chainguard is recruiting a Solutions Architect in the Professional Services team. You will lead implementations and help customers securely use Chainguard images, collaborating with sales, support, and engineering to drive value and adoption.

You will work directly with customers to translate requirements into scalable, open-source based solutions, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Strong experience in software development processes and engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images to help customers build securely with open source software.
• Collaborate with account team to understand customer vision, pain points, and proposed solution to drive strategies and retention.
• Ensure Chainguard Images are high quality by testing, documenting, and smoothing onboarding.
• Work with Product and Engineering to convey customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
• Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the org.
• Be a team player, collaborate, teach, and learn from Chainguard team.
