Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - West (Professional Services) to join our Remote US-based professional services team. You will lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard to build secure software, acting as the face of Chainguard to end users and collaborating with product and engineering to deliver valued solutions.

You will partner with AEs, SEs, CSMs, and Support to drive adoption, ensure high-quality images, and prioritize customer needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
8+ years experience developing high performance multi-tier applications; Kubernetes and Containers.
Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences including engineers and executives.
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology.
Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images across organizations.
Partner with account team to understand customer vision, pain points, and proposed solution to drive value and retention.
Ensure Chainguard Images are high quality, testing, documenting, and ensuring smooth onboarding for customers.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convey customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the org.
Be a team player, collaborate, teach, and learn from Chainguard teammates.
