Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will lead technical implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard to build secure software, serving as the primary technical contact for end users.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into prioritized work, ensure high-quality Chainguard images, and help customers realize value and growth. Travel up to 15% and work with remote teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a post-sales role supporting clients.
• 8+ years building high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• Able to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Continuous learner with drive for excellence.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/SE/IT.
• Experience with software development processes and design concepts.
• Willing to travel up to 15%.
• Located in the Pacific Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and adoption of Chainguard images.
• Partner with account team to understand customer vision and value.
• Test, document, and ensure smooth onboarding for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize image builds.
• Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices.
• Be a team player, teaching and learning within Chainguard.
