Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard to build secure software, acting as the face of Chainguard to end users.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into actionable requirements, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and drive adoption of Chainguard images across organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
• Strong experience developing high performance multi-tier applications with Kubernetes and containers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images across customer organizations.
• Partner with account teams to translate customer vision into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Ensure Chainguard Images are of highest quality and provide a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture customer requirements and prioritize builds.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the team and organization.
• Be a team player who teaches and learns from Chainguard colleagues.
