Job summary

Chainguard is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard to build secure software, acting as the face of Chainguard for end users.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, drive adoption of Chainguard images, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience building high-performance multi-tier applications.
Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
Solid understanding of software development processes and design concepts.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images to build securely with open source software across organizations.
Collaborate with the account team to understand customer vision, pain points, and proposed solution to drive strategies, value realization, and retention/growth.
Ensure Chainguard Images are of highest quality — testing, documenting, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Partner with Product and Engineering to convey customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Be a team player — collaborate, teach, and learn within the Chainguard team.
