Chainguard is the trusted source for open source, delivering secure, production-ready builds. The Senior Solutions Architect will partner with Public Sector customers, lead implementations, and ensure customer success from onboarding to adoption.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape solutions, while acting as the face of Chainguard to clients and maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes. This role supports a flexible, remote-first environment with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a post-sales role supporting Public Sector clients.
• 8+ years developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, and modern security practices.
• Experience with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or CMMC is preferred.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images for Public Sector customers.
• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer vision and drive value realization.
• Ensure high-quality Chainguard Images and smooth onboarding for customers.
• Communicate customer requirements to Product and Engineering for prioritization.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
