Job summary
Chainguard is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the East region in a remote-friendly Professional Services role. You will lead technical implementations, work closely with AEs, SEs, CSMs, and Support to drive value, and ensure high-quality Chainguard images for customers.
Required: 4+ years in post-sales roles, 8+ years in multi-tier app development with Kubernetes/containers, and a Bachelor's in CS/SE/IT.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
- 8+ years of experience developing high performance multi-tier applications; strong Kubernetes and containers experience.
- Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong software development process knowledge and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images.
- Collaborate with account team to understand customer vision and drive value realization.
- Ensure Chainguard images are high quality and onboarding is smooth for customers.
- Coordinate with Product/Engineering to convey customer requirements and prioritization.
