Kobie Marketing, a remote-first organization, seeks a Solutions Architect to lead client-focused solution design. You will define and validate requirements, produce BRDs/SCDs/Epic briefs, and coordinate cost alignment with delivery, data, software, CS, and strategy teams.

You’ll shape platform roadmap decisions by translating feedback into product direction and supporting sales with demos and proposals. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Delivery in a remote/hybrid environment with

Qualifications

• SA acts as Kobie SME translating client needs into platform capabilities.
• Defines and validates business requirements aligned with client outcomes.
• Documents solution scope using BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.
• Manages feasibility and cost alignment across delivery functions.
• Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.

Responsabilités

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution across engagements.
• Delivers Solution Documentation to keep initiatives traceable end-to-end.
• Aligns understanding across business, product, and technical teams.
• Translates client and market feedback into product direction.
• Presents options and guides tradeoffs for customers and internal teams.
• Owns solution acceptance from planning through launch.
