Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge client needs with Kobie’s loyalty platform from a remote/hybrid capacity. You will articulate requirements, design the right solution, and create clear design documents anchored by business outcomes.

This role partners with Sales, Product, and Delivery, and may travel up to once per quarter. You will own scope, cost alignment, and ensure successful outcomes across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution: Elicits and validates business requirements that align client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers Solution Documentation: Creates and maintains BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs that keep solutions traceable end-to-end.
• Manages Feasibility and Cost Alignment: Scopes standard engagements independently, coordinating COGS validation across delivery, data, software, CS, and strategy.
• Aligns Understanding Across Teams: Acts as the connective tissue between business, product, and technical teams throughout each project.
• Serves as Product and Platform SME: Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
• Translates Feedback into Product Direction: Channels client and market insight to shape platform roadmap decisions.
• Optimizes Sales Enablement: Builds demos, proposals, and pitch materials that establish technical credibility with clients.
• Owns Solution Acceptance: Maintains design integrity from planning through launch, flagging delivery risks early.
• Presents Options and Guides Tradeoffs: Helps clients and internal
