Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in solutions architecture, business requirements analysis, or technical pre-sales.
• Documents business requirements into BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs for traceability.
• Validates delivery cost estimates (COGS) across data/analytics, software, CS, and strategy.
• Applies Agile/Scrum, waterfall, and iterative delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution by eliciting and validating client requirements.
• Delivers Solution Documentation with BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.
• Manages Feasibility and Cost Alignment, coordinating cross-functional validation.
• Aligns Understanding Across Teams between business, product, and technical groups.
• Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
• Translates feedback into product direction and shapes platform roadmap decisions.
• Prepares demos, proposals, and pitch materials to establish credibility with clients.
• Owns Solution Acceptance from planning through launch and flags risks early.
