Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery in a remote/hybrid setup with travel up to once per quarter. You will own the end-to-end solution scope, translate client needs into Kobie capabilities, and drive cost-aligned, high-quality engagements.

As the enterprise-wide owner of solution rigor, you will guide demos, proposals, and platform roadmap decisions while maintaining design integrity from planning through launch.

Responsibilities

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution by eliciting and validating business requirements that align client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers Solution Documentation with BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs to keep solutions traceable end-to-end.
• Manages Feasibility and Cost Alignment by scoping standard engagements and coordinating cost validation across teams.
• Aligns Understanding Across Teams as the connective tissue between business, product, and technical groups on projects.
• Serves as Product and Platform SME, representing solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
