Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a Solutions Architect to work remotely/hybrid from the United States. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to translate client needs into scalable loyalty solutions, owning end-to-end solution scope and cost. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams and travel up to once per quarter.

You will craft BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs, ensuring feasible, cost-aligned outcomes that meet client objectives and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience translating client needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to create BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.
• Experience with cost alignment across delivery, data, software, CS, and strategy.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns discovery to define the right solution by aligning client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers solution documentation including BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.
• Manages feasibility and cost alignment across functions and teams.
• Aligns understanding across business, product, and technical teams throughout projects.
• Serves as product and platform SME in client conversations, RFPs, and upsell talks.
• Translates client and market feedback into roadmap directions for the platform.
• Drives sales enablement with demos, proposals, and technical materials.
• Owns solution acceptance from planning through launch, flagging risks early.
• Presents options and guides tradeoffs to clients and internal teams.
