Job summary

Kobie is hiring a Solutions Architect to translate client needs into end-to-end loyalty solutions. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to own end-to-end solution scope, cost alignment, and project success across enterprise engagements.

Remote-first with quarterly travel, you’ll drive discovery, craft BRDs/SCDs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes while shaping platform roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in solutions architecture, business requirements analysis, or technical pre-sales within a technology environment.
• Verifies delivery cost estimates (COGS) across data/analytics, software, CS, and strategy workstreams.
• Applies Agile/Scrum, waterfall and iterative delivery methodologies to structure solution plans.
• Builds solution demos, proposals, and pitch materials for client engagement.
• Coordinates dependencies across marketing, data/analytics and partner integration.

Responsibilities

• Owns discovery to define the right solution aligning client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers documentation including BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.
• Translates client requirements into actionable roadmap decisions.
• Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
