Job summary

Kobie is hiring a Solutions Architect to work in a remote-friendly, hybrid role with travel up to quarterly. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to design client solutions, document requirements, and align scope with platform capabilities across engagements.

The role requires 3–5 years in solutions architecture or pre-sales, with a strong emphasis on BRD/SCD development, cost validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in solutions architecture, business requirements analysis, or technical pre-sales.
• Documents business requirements into BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.
• Validates delivery cost estimates (COGS) across data/analytics, software, CS, and strategy.
• Applies Agile/Scrum, waterfall, and iterative delivery methodologies to solution plans.
• Builds solution demos, proposals, and pitch materials for RFPs and RFIs.
• Coordinates dependencies across marketing, data/analytics, and partner integration.

Responsibilities

• Owns discovery to define the right solution by aligning client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers solution documentation and maintains traceability end-to-end.
• Manage feasibility and cost alignment, scoping standard engagements across workstreams.
• Act as the connective tissue between business, product, and technical teams.
• Represent solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
• Translate client feedback into product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Create demos, proposals, and pitch materials to establish technical credibility.
• Maintain design integrity from planning through launch and flag risks early.
• Guide tradeoffs and support pre-sales to delivery handoffs; escalate when needed.
