Job summary

Kobie Marketing, a loyalty leader and Top Workplace, seeks a Solutions Architect to join our remote-first team. While our HQ is in St. Petersburg, Florida, we offer flexible work and travel up to once per quarter.

In this role you’ll elicit business requirements, document solutions, and align cross‑functional teams across Sales, Product, and Delivery to deliver with rigor. You’ll represent our platform in RFPs, influence product direction, and help build credible client engagements through demos

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and validating business requirements.
• Ability to create BRDs, SCDs, and epic/feature briefs.
• Skilled in cost and feasibility analysis across delivery teams.
• Excellent communication across business, product, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns discovery to define the right solution for client objectives.
• Delivers solution documentation including BRDs and Epic briefs.
• Manages feasibility and cost alignment across delivery teams.
• Aligns understanding across business, product, and technical teams.
• Represents solution expertise in RFPs and upsell conversations.
• Translates client feedback into product roadmap directions.
• Presents options and guides tradeoffs for clients.
• Owns solution acceptance from planning to launch.
• Builds demos and pitches to establish credibility with clients.
