Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive sales for digital pathology hardware and software across the Western United States. You will communicate complex technical product details to customers and act as a technical expert while supporting regional sales efforts remotely from NV, AZ, CO, UT, NM.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, delivering product demos in SFDC, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of medical imaging or devices sales and/or support experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
• Experience with complex IT infrastructure in healthcare settings (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the territory.
• Demonstrate products for clients at the correct sales stage in SFDC.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and support.
