Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive territory growth in clinical diagnostics. You will manage the sales funnel, coordinate product demos and training, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer value.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of sales in diagnostics, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation with CRM proficiency. Remote work options are available and travel is ~50%+.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant sales experience in clinical diagnostics or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven time management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high‑level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory in coordination with the local team.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Deliver sales and support, coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training with manager/mentor support.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategic moves in the territory.
• Develop on products, DBS, and LBS tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
