Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a National Service Specialist / National Product Specialist for Digital Pathology to work with product management and the responsible Business Unit to maintain instrument quality and provide escalation support. The role includes acting as a trainer for Digital Pathology products and coordinating with internal teams, with remote work options.

The position is field-based, primarily in the Central/West region, with up to 70% travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3+ years of field service engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Digital Pathology instruments.
• 1+ years of technical training experience in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote and onsite technical service and support on Digital Pathology equipment.
• Serve as a liaison to the BU to communicate trends and part issues with internal teams and customers.
• Assist with training and mentoring of other team members to improve performance.
