Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our remote-first team. The SA will act as a Kobie SME, translating client needs into actionable platform solutions and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Delivery.

This is a remote/hybrid role with travel expected up to once per quarter, supporting global client engagements and ensuring project success from discovery to launch. As part of a values-led organization, you’ll contribute to shaping our loyalty platform roadmap while

Qualifications

• Role requires a Solutions Architect capable of translating client needs into platform solutions.
• Must work in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment with travel up to once per quarter.
• Collaborates with Sales, Product and Delivery to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution: Elicits and validates business requirements that align client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers Solution Documentation: Creates and maintains BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs that keep solutions traceable end-to-end.
• Manages Feasibility and Cost Alignment: Scopes standard engagements independently, coordinating COGS validation across delivery, data, software, CS, and strategy.
• Aligns Understanding Across Teams: Acts as the connective tissue between business, product, and technical teams throughout each project.
• Serves as Product and Platform SME: Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
• Translates Feedback into Product Direction: Channels client and market insight to shape platform roadmap decisions.
• Optimizes Sales Enablement: Builds demos, proposals, and pitch materials that establish technical credibility with clients.
• Owns Solution Acceptance: Maintains design integrity from planning through launch, flagging delivery risks early.
• Presents Options and Guides Tradeoffs: Helps clients and internal
