Job summary

Kobie Marketing, a leader in loyalty, is hiring a Solutions Architect to translate client needs into scalable platform solutions. You will act as the SME, shaping requirements, documenting designs, and guiding cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery.

This remote/hybrid role supports flexible work arrangements with periodic travel up to once per quarter. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure solutions meet business goals and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution: elicits and validates business requirements and aligns outcomes with platform capabilities.
• Delivers Solution Documentation: creates BRDs/SCDs/Epic briefs for traceability.
• Manages Feasibility and Cost Alignment: scopes standard engagements and coordinates cost validation.
• Aligns Understanding Across Teams: acts as the bridge between business, product and technical teams.
• Serves as Product and Platform SME: represents solution expertise in client discussions and proposals.
• Translates Feedback into Product Direction: channels client insight to roadmap decisions.
• Optimizes Sales Enablement: builds demos and pitch materials demonstrating technical credibility.
• Owns Solution Acceptance: maintains design integrity from planning to launch and flags risks.
• Presents Options and Guides Tradeoffs: helps clients and internal teams evaluate choices.
