Kobie Marketing, a values-led organization, seeks a Solutions Architect to translate client needs into actionable solutions. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Delivery to own end-to-end solution scope and cost alignment, while working in a remote/hybrid setup with quarterly travel.

As Kobie SMEs, you will drive requirements, document solutions, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver impactful loyalty platforms and engagements.

Qualificações

• Elicits and validates business requirements that align client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Creates and maintains BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs for traceability.

Responsabilidades

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution: elicits and validates requirements to align objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers Solution Documentation: creates BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs for traceability.
• Manages Feasibility and Cost Alignment: scopes standard engagements and coordinates cost validation across delivery teams.
• Aligns Understanding Across Teams: acts as the connective tissue between business, product, and technical teams.
• Serves as Product and Platform SME: represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
• Translates Feedback into Product Direction: channels client and market insight to shape roadmap decisions.
• Optimizes Sales Enablement: builds demos, proposals, and pitches to establish credibility.
• Owns Solution Acceptance: maintains design integrity from planning through launch and flags risks early.
• Presents Options and Guides Tradeoffs: helps clients and internal teams compare alternatives.
