Job summary

GitLab is seeking a New Business Solutions Architect to join our remote, international sales team. You will guide customers through AI-powered DevSecOps architectures, lead proofs of value, and shape solution approaches across the entire software lifecycle.

You will collaborate with regional teams, advise on modern software practices, and build trusted relationships that translate customer needs into GitLab-driven outcomes across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales guiding customers through solution design.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end SDLC, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable CI/CD platforms.
• Ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder empathy in complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations, proofs of value, and workshops.
• Collaborate with account executives and regional sales teams in EMEA to shape strategies.
• Design architectures and guide customers through digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and share best practices with customers.
