Job summary

GitLab is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to guide high-value technical engagements in the East region of the United States. You will advise on architecture, platform adoption, and modern DevSecOps practices while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to showcase GitLab’s differentiated value.

You’ll mentor peers, shape multi-team transformation strategies, and help customers maximize platform adoption in a rapidly evolving AI-enabled market.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or related roles guiding solution design and adoption planning.
• Ability to handle high complexity, integration challenges, and cross-functional scenarios.
• Knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, CI/CD, security, and cloud concepts.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical discovery, demos, and validation activities to confirm fit and accelerate milestones.
• Own the technical evaluation process for complex opportunities, including PoCs andTender responses.
• Develop end-to-end technical strategies to expand platform adoption and multi-year transformation.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales to align strategy with customer priorities.
• Advise on modern software development, CI/CD, security, cloud to improve delivery and security outcomes.
• Mentor other SA, improve technical collateral, and share expertise across teams.
