Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will guide prospects and customers through GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, shaping architectures, leading proofs of value, and driving platform adoption across the full software lifecycle.

Reporting to the Solutions Architect Manager, you will collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Sales, map platform capabilities to customer use cases, and build

Qualifications

Experience with technical pre-sales or consulting roles.
Proficiency in the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of cloud concepts; discuss deployment and security options.
Lead evaluations such as proofs of concept/value, tenders, or audits.
Strong technical communication and stakeholder management; Arabic fluency.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation across the full lifecycle.
Own solution design, POC/POV ownership, and value workshop work.
Collaborate with Account Executives and regional teams on strategies.
Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and leaders.
Share customer feedback with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
