Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior bid/solutions leader to craft tailored, costed delivery offerings in a complex bid environment. You will engage stakeholders, translate client needs into practical requirements, and drive end-to-end solution design with subject matter experts.

You will manage governance, assess risks, and coordinate with partners to ensure compelling, compliant proposals that meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience - capturing existing customer journeys and re-imagining future ones.
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and value for money.
• Prior experience of public sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.
• Proven ability to work with bid teams and wider solution workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Builds an understanding of market and bid opportunities to tailor solutions.
• Leads and manages matrix teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with strategy.
• Creates bid narratives and editors' notes for solution responses; mitigates risks.
• Supports handover to transition and lessons learned activities after opportunities.
