Job summary

MAXIMUS seeks a Senior Bid/Delivery professional to lead end-to-end bid solutions for public sector opportunities. You will work with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, design service delivery and craft compelling, costed proposals that meet client objectives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partners, leveraging technology to improve customer journeys, and ensuring affordability while aligning with MAXIMUS' standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience.
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and value for money.
• Prior experience of Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.
• Proven ability working with key bid team and wider solution workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead matrix solution team to develop an end-to-end bid solution in line with the strategy.
• Develop high-level design for the service and ensure effective communication to stakeholders.
• Support dialogue, co-design and scoping with potential partners and/or suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate risks and support handover to the transition team.
