Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced solutions designer/bid lead to develop end-to-end offerings for public sector clients. You will collaborate with executives, engineers and operations to tailor high-value, affordable delivery solutions that meet customer objectives.

You will influence requirements, manage stakeholders, shape pricing approaches and guide governance from design through submission. Travel and complex stakeholder engagement are involved.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience - capturing existing customer journeys and leading reimagination via workshops.
• Experience showing how technology enhances customer experience and value for money with tech requirements.
• Public sector bidding experience in Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre domains.
• Proven ability to collaborate with bid team and broader solution workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Builds understanding of market and bid opportunity to tailor solutions.
• Understands industry drivers, constraints and opportunities in the vertical.
• Engages proactively with customers to manage stakeholders and refine requirements.
• Designs high-quality, tailored, costed delivery solutions with SMEs and operations.
• Leverages Maximus capabilities and ensures pricing levers are understood by finance and commercial leads.
• Lead solution assurance and governance prior to customer submission; edit bid narrative with Bid Director.
