Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience capturing existing customer journeys and leading the re-imagination of future journeys via workshops.
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and increase value for money and the documentation of functional technology requirements.
• Prior experience of Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.
• Proven ability working with key bid team and wider solution workstream stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Builds an understanding of the market and bid opportunity to develop a tailored solution.
• Leads a matrix solution team to develop end-to-end solutions aligned with strategy and affordability targets.
• Develops high‑level design for the service and communicates with stakeholders.
• Designs solutions with lean, effective processes and ensures AI/technology adds business value.
• Manage pricing understanding with finance and commercial leads; lead solution assurance and governance for bids.
• Create bid narratives and edit material for solution responses; manage risks and handover to transition teams.
• Handle stakeholder management within bid teams and across MAXIMUS, aligning to solution development.
