Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Solution Architect for remote work across the US. You will drive deployment of CAD, mobile apps, and records management systems, owning project scope and interfaces within customer networks. Collaborate with project managers and interface teams to ensure timely, cost-conscious delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in systems integration or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to train others on technical processes. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with adjacent technical exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology is preferred.
• Experience in engineering or technology environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicits customer requirements and communicates technical details to all levels.
• Understands public safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Delivers solutions within defined product interfaces with standardization in mind.
• Troubleshoots networking and software issues; works with minimal supervision.
• Installs, integrates, deploys, and delivers defined solutions.
• Tracks billable hours for project work.
