Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for remote work across the United States to lead deployment of Computer Aided Dispatch, Mobile Applications, and Records Management Systems. You will own the project scope and interfaces, coordinating with sales, project managers, and customers to ensure successful delivery.

You will work with customer requirements, standard interfaces, and a dedicated interface development team while solving problems with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Technology with experience in systems integration or related fields.
• 4+ years of engineering or technology experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicit customer requirements and communicates technical details to all levels of the organization.
• Understand public safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Deliver solutions within the context of a defined product, standard interfaces, and limited flexibility.
• General software and IP network debugging skills are critical. Must be a problem solver.
• Installs, integrates, deploys, and delivers defined solutions.
• Tracks billable hours for project work completed.
