Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect for a remote role across the United States. You will lead deployment of CAD, mobile apps, and records management systems, interfacing with customers and the project manager to meet schedule, scope, and cost constraints.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in engineering or technology, strong systems integration and networking knowledge, and experience in public safety environments. Travel up to 25% and a broad U.S. benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an engineer in an engineering or technology environment.
• Experience in systems integration, software engineering, or related fields.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicits customer requirements and communicates technical details to all levels of the organization.
• Understands public safety environments for product security and reliability.
• Delivers solutions within defined product interfaces and constraints.
• General software and IP network debugging skills are required; must be a problem solver.
• Installs, integrates, deploys, and delivers defined solutions.
• Tracks billable hours for project work completed.
