Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Solution Advisor to collaborate with clients, implementing CDI products according to best practices. You will drive change management, perform workflow discovery, and deliver advanced optimization across Solventum CDI product lines.

You will serve as SME for your teams, define client goals and KPIs, review current-state workflows, and advocate for customers while logging issues and coordinating with internal groups. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years CDI/inpatient coding experience or 11+ years with HS diploma/GED.
• Certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CIC, CDIS, CCDS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to implement CDI products per best practice.
• Perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver optimization for Solventum CDI product lines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective teams and solutions.
• Define and track client KPIs and align with client strategy.
• Review current-state workflow/configuration with client and propose optimization.
