Job summary

Solventum- is hiring a Manager, Solution Advisors CDI & Quality to lead IP and OP CDI and quality engagements. You will coach a diverse team, drive outcomes, and partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership to deliver superior customer value.

Travel up to 25% domestically is required, and you will work remotely with cross-functional teams to optimize CDI software adoption and clinical productivity technologies for healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of healthcare CDI/related experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of healthcare CDI, revenue cycle, or related leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Solution Advisors for IP CDI, OP CDI, and Quality engagements.
• Drive team performance to achieve customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Executive leaders to align strategies.
