Job summary

Solventum, the newly branded health care company, is seeking a CDI Solution Advisor to lead CDI product implementation, workflow optimization, and client-focused accountability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of best-practice workflows and drive measurable outcomes for hospital and health system clients.

Qualifications

• Must have CDI experience in various healthcare settings including inpatient coding or CDI specialization.
• Current and valid certifications RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute CDI product implementations and guide customers in workflow discovery and adoption.
• Lead strategy and planning with client goals and KPIs; propose workflow optimizations.
• Provide client care and advocacy, logging issues and escalating as needed.
• Coordinate client activities across teams; own the client relationship.
• Define and track KPIs; be measured by client satisfaction surveys.
• Stay up to date on industry and product changes; participate in relevant programs.
