Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our remote team in the United States. You will work with clients to deploy Solventum products, configure environments, and ensure successful go-lives.

In this role you will analyze current workflows, lead testing, and coordinate issue resolution. Strong communication and healthcare software experience are essential as you mentor customers and help implement HDM, Encompass, and RDL solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum four years of software implementation experience in healthcare.
• High School Diploma + 8 years experience in software implementation accepted.
• At least two years in a client-facing implementation role.
• Knowledge of Solventum 360 Encompass, HDM and RDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and Solventum team members to deploy and configure Solventum products.
• Assess current state customer coding and workflows; validate future state alignment.
• Lead configuration, testing, and validation of Revenue Cycle environments.
• Coordinate issue resolution and change control with clients and internal teams.
• Train system administrators and end users; support go-live and testing.
• Develop education materials and documentation for ongoing use.
