Solventum is hiring a Manager, Solution Advisors CDI & Quality to lead a global team supporting both Inpatient and Outpatient CDI and Quality engagements. You will drive customer success, adoption, and value realization across diverse health systems.

Collaborating with Sales, Product, Clinical Services, and Executive Leadership, you will align strategies, coach leaders, manage escalations, and enable effective implementations. Remote work is supported with up to 25% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years of healthcare CDI, healthcare tech, revenue cycle, clinical informatics, or related software solutions.
• High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of healthcare CDI, revenue cycle, healthcare tech, customer success, consulting, implementation, or customer support leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop Solution Advisors supporting Inpatient CDI, Outpatient CDI and Quality product customer engagements.
• Drive team performance and accountability to achieve customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and operational objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Clinical Services and Executive Leadership to align customer strategies and deliver outcomes.
• Establish and execute customer success strategies that promote best practices and long-term value realization.
• Coach and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing, customer-focused organization.
