Job summary

Solventum seeks an Implementation Consultant to deploy and configure Solventum products for healthcare clients from a remote US location. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to validate that proposed workflows align with project objectives and to configure the Revenue Cycle environment.

You will train administrators and end users, update documentation, and stay current with new features and options. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university with software/implementation experience in healthcare.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years in healthcare software implementation.
• Minimum two years combined experience in healthcare coding workflow.
• Minimum two years in a client-facing implementation role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and Solventum teams to deploy and configure Solventum products.
• Assess current workflows and validate future state fits project objectives.
• Configure, test, and validate Revenue Cycle environments; lead go-live.
• Train system administrators and end users; maintain documentation.
