Solventum is seeking a CDI specialist to lead clinical documentation integrity initiatives remotely in the United States. You will collaborate with healthcare clients to implement CDI solutions, assess workflows, and optimize processes to improve revenue integrity and patient care.

The role requires a strong background in inpatient coding, CDI certifications, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist, or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of experience as a CDI specialist, or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Poses one of the following current and valid certifications; RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS.

Responsabilités

• Execute CDI product implementations with clients according to best practice. Guide client in workflow optimization and change management.
• Understand client strategy, KPIs and perform current-state workflow reviews to drive Solventum best practices.
• Advocate for customers, log issues, and escalate as needed following standard procedures.
