Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in healthcare industry with CDI, healthcare technology, revenue cycle, or related software solutions.
• 4+ years of people leadership in customer-facing or services teams.
• Experience leading CDI software implementations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Solution Advisors for Inpatient and Outpatient CDI and Quality engagements.
• Drive team performance to achieve customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and operational goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Executives to align customer strategies.
• Establish and execute customer success plans, best practices, and long-term value realization.
• Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused organization.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the customer base and implement proactive improvement plans.
