Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Manager, Solution Advisors CDI & Quality to lead Inpatient and Outpatient CDI and Quality engagements, driving adoption and long-term value for customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Clinical Services and executives, set strategy, and coach teams to deliver outcomes while supporting customers across healthcare organizations. Remote work is available with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or 8+ years of healthcare CDI/related experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing, consulting, implementation, or success teams.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and customer value through CDI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Solution Advisors for IP/OP CDI and Quality product engagements.
• Drive team performance to achieve customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Clinical Services, and executives to align customer strategies.
• Coach, mentor and develop managers to sustain a high-performing organization.
