Candidates should have relevant certifications and a track record in CDI or inpatient coding, with remote work flexibility and potential domestic travel up to 50%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist, or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of experience as a CDI specialist, or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Poses one of the following current and valid certifications; RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role includes: Solventum knowledge, understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows, EMR workflows, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Execution- Partner effectively with clients to implement CDI products according to best practice.
• Strategy and Planning - Understand client goals and KPI; review current-state workflows and configure best-practice workflows.
• Client Care and Advocacy - Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed.
• Leadership and Coordination - Own the client; manage relationships and coordination across the organization.
• Accountable and Measured by the overall annual client satisfaction survey results; define and track KPIs.
• Stay up to date with industry and product changes; comply with standards and Solventum values.
