Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an Associate, Business Development to identify and advance opportunities in solar and BESS services. The role supports growth with new and existing customers, building strong partnerships based on trust and value.

The position can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the U.S., with travel 25–50% to achieve objectives. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or a customer-facing role.
• Willing to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand solar and BESS services markets and identify opportunities aligned with commercial plans (O&M, Repowering, Restoration).
• Support organic sales growth by identifying prospects and developing relationships across asset lifecycles.
• Collaborate with customers to develop maintenance and service solutions for solar and BESS assets; build long-term partnerships.
• Capture feedback and insights to improve sales processes and service offerings.
• Assist in proposal development, pricing, deal reviews, and contracting through inputs from internal experts.
• Partner with DEPCOM Business Development and cross-functional teams for a coordinated customer experience.
