Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Vice President of Business Development for its Services Business Unit. The role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the U.S., with 25-50% travel to achieve business objectives and build long-term client relationships.

You will drive market development for Solar and BESS services, lead negotiations, and collaborate across teams to deliver value-driven solutions and a One Source approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in the power and utility-scale renewables industry.
• Experience with O&M, repower, restoration, or other service offerings through OEM, EPC, or subcontracting.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time based on business needs.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and sell value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand Solar and BESS Services markets to prioritize opportunities aligned with short- and long-range strategic commercial plans (O&M, Repowering, Restoration).
• Lead organic sales growth by building relationships with new customers and expanding existing ones through the asset lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and develop solutions for maintenance and service opportunities for solar and BESS assets.
• Apply market feedback to improve the sales process and Services offerings.
• Lead deal negotiations and contracting leveraging internal capabilities and SMEs.
• Partner with DEPCOM Business Development resources to optimize customer value and promote One Source Solution.
• Develop value-based proposals aligning DEPCOM's capabilities with customer economics.
• Participate in customer engagements and industry events to promote DEPCOM's capabilities and brand.
