Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Vice President of Business Development to drive growth in its Services Business Unit. Based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the United States, you will identify opportunities, build long‑term client relationships, and lead negotiations to deliver superior value.

You will advance growth in O&M, repowering and restoration for solar and BESS assets, collaborating with customers and internal teams to tailor solutions under the One Source

Qualifications

• Experience in power and utility-scale renewables.
• Experience identifying and selling value-based solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand Solar and BESS services markets to identify opportunities that align with strategic plans.
• Lead organic sales growth by building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
• Collaborate with customers to develop maintenance and service opportunities for solar and BESS assets.
• Apply market feedback to improve sales processes and services offerings.
• Lead deal negotiations and contracting leveraging internal capabilities and SMEs.
• Coordinate with DEPCOM teams to optimize value and promote One Source Solution.
• Develop value-based proposals aligned with customer economics.
• Represent the company at customer engagements, trade shows, and industry events.
