Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks an Associate, Business Development to identify and advance opportunities in solar and BESS services. You’ll build partnerships with new and existing customers, develop value-based proposals, and support deals across the asset lifecycle.

The role offers remote or Scottsdale-based work with 25–50% travel within the U.S. Live the Principle Based Management culture while contributing to a rapidly expanding Services unit.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing or commercial environment.
Ability to identify and advance business opportunities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Understand solar and BESS services markets to prioritize opportunities.
Identify prospects and develop relationships across asset lifecycles.
Develop value-based proposals and coordinate inputs from subject matter experts.
Support proposal development, pricing, deal reviews, and contracting.
Represent DEPCOM's capabilities at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
