DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Vice President, Business Development for its Services Business Unit. You will identify and secure opportunities with new and existing customers, building long-term partnerships based on trust and integrity.

The role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the U.S., with 25–50% travel to achieve objectives. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in the power and utility-scale renewables industry.
• Experience with operations and maintenance (O&M), repower, restoration, or other service offerings through OEM, EPC, or subcontracting.
• Experience identifying, prioritizing and selling value-based solutions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Understand Solar and BESS Services markets to prioritize business development opportunities aligned with strategic plans.
• Lead organic sales growth by building relationships with new customers and expanding existing ones.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and develop solutions for maintenance and service opportunities for solar and BESS assets.
• Lead deal negotiations and contracting leveraging internal capabilities and SMEs.
• Partner with DEPCOM Business Development resources to optimize customer value.
