DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Vice President of Business Development to identify and secure opportunities within its Services Business Unit. This role emphasizes building trust-based client relationships, profitability, and long‑term partnerships across the asset lifecycle.

The position can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the U.S., with 25–50% travel. Visa sponsorship is not available. Travel readiness is essential to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in the power and utility-scale renewables industry.
• Experience with operations and maintenance (O&M), repower, restoration, or other service offerings through OEM, EPC, or subcontracting.
• Experience identifying, prioritizing and selling value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand Solar and BESS Services markets to prioritize opportunities.
• Lead organic sales growth by building new relationships and growing existing ones.
• Collaborate with customers to develop maintenance and service opportunities.
