DEPCOM Power, Inc is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to drive growth for its Services Business Unit. The role focuses on identifying and securing opportunities with new and existing customers, building long-term partnerships based on trust and integrity.

The role supports a principled approach within Koch Engineered Solutions and may be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the United States, with 25-50% travel to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in the power and utility-scale renewables industry.
• Experience with operations and maintenance (O&M), repower, restoration, or other service offerings through OEM, EPC, or subcontracting.
• Experience identifying, prioritizing and selling value-based solutions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand Solar and BESS Services markets to prioritize opportunities aligned with strategic plans.
• Lead organic sales growth by building relationships with new customers and expanding existing ones.
• Collaborate with customers to identify needs and develop maintenance and service solutions.
• Apply market feedback to improve the sales process and Services offerings.
• Lead deal negotiations and contracting leveraging internal capabilities and SMEs.
• Partner with DEPCOM Business Development resources to optimize customer value.
• Develop value-based proposals aligning DEPCOM's capabilities with outcomes.
• Engage in customer events to build confidence in DEPCOM's capabilities and brand.
