Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to sell solar energy products to consumers. You will build genuine relationships with potential customers, qualify leads, and provide custom solar proposals from inquiry to installation, while meeting monthly sales targets.

You’ll handle inbound transfer leads via a dialer, discuss pricing and terms, and use screen sharing to demonstrate solutions, all within a remote, evolving team environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• The ability to communicate fluently in English is an essential function of this role.
• Previous sales experience is encouraged.
• Demonstrated passion for relationship building, customer service and continuous self-improvement.
• Excel in a remote team setting and collaborate effectively in an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Use skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages in our products and services.
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Follow-up with receptive transfer leads to further sales.
• Demonstrate the product or service to the customer through screen shares.
• Guide customers electronically through the enrollment process.
• Prioritize tasks to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Run and track customer account progress in a CRM tool.
